Resilience Cloud Goes Fully Encrypted
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Resilience Cloud Goes Fully HTTPS
Seoul – May 27, 2017 - All stakeholders of the Resilience Cloud community, which is hosted at www.resilience.cloud, can now browse for service providers, interact, and publish, through a fully secure HTTPS connection. All existing links and references to the site are redirected to a secure https://www.resilience.cloud connection.
HTTPS serves to authenticate resilience.cloud so that users know they are connecting to the authentic site and web server, protecting against man-in-the-middle attacks.
HTTPS also provides bidirectional encryption of communications between the site and visitors. This allows Resilience Cloud members, potential customers, and those simply browsing from around the world, protection against eavesdropping, tampering with, or forging of the contents of the community's communications.
"One of the goals of the Resilience Cloud community is to provide greater exposure of our members to the global community of end user clients," said Rodney J. Johnson, Founder and President of Resilience Cloud. "To that end, we want the site to be as safe and usable as possible, while maximizing our ability to be found in search engines and directories. HTTPS sites are favored by Google for a reason: strong encryption is in everyone's interest. We're happy to be taking steps toward a safer, more secure future for our community."
